09. Apply the "outside reverse-fold" of the step #8.   Let it stand on the ground.   Congratulation!   You have successfully completed making a traditional origami stem.   Prepare to put any flower on top of the stem.

10. Put any flower on top of the stem.   Here I used a traditional tulip flower but any flower will do.
