I can't seem to make an order. What is the problem? Here we will be going through with the most problems people seem to have while ordering. In the text box you should first fill out your address. Then just below it, there is a menu to choose "shipping options." This is where you should select your choice. If everything goes well in the ordering process, you will receive a confirmation email. If not, your order hasn't gone through. If you have any other problems ordering, just send us an e-mail and we will go to the maximum to help you!

I am not sure if my order went through or not. I might have mutiple orders since I tried more than once. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail of your order, this means your order hasn't gone through. If you have received several confirmation emails, then the number of e-mails is the number of orders placed. In this case, we will send you an e-mail asking if you placed the same orders multiple times by mistake. We will not send the orders to you without resolving the problem first.

Do you make roses or do you send paper and instructions to make the roses? We fold the roses ourselves and send them to our customers.

How long will it take to receive the order? We usually send the order the next day it has been ordered and we send it by USPS with priority mail so it usually takes 2-3 days. Oversea usually takes 7-10 days by airmail.

Can I send a message with my order? With Roses with words, you can send 1 to 5 messages printed on petals or center of rose. The maximum characters per a message are recommended to be 30. We are not strict about this rule and you can surely have more than 30 characters/message. But please expect that the character size will become smaller if you exceed 30 characters. If you need more characters/message, we recommand a Swirl rose with word since it has more space for words.

With Rose without words (bouquet4u, u-n-me, onlyU without words), you can send one message without no extra charge. The length of the message should be one sentence long. Just e-mail me what message you want us to send with your order. The message is printed and put on the same color as the ordered roses. If you want a different color other than of your ordered roses on the message card please e-mail me about that too.

Can you send your roses out of the United States? Yes, we can ship our roses to any place in Africa, Asia, Australia, Caribbean, Canada, Central America, Europe, Mexico, Middle East, and South America.

How are the roses wrapped and sent? The roses are wrapped in floraphane wrap. They are then put in a sealed box and sent.

Can you send the roses without letting the receiver know who I am (anonymously)? Yes, just e-mail me. We can also agree on something like being totally anonymously or also giving a hint of who you are.

Do you have any instructions on how to make the roses? We used to not have any instructions on how to fold the rose but now we have a link that contains links to sites that show the description. Click here to go to the page.

Are these roses an origami technique or do you just cut the paper? Our roses are folded by using an origami technique.

Are the leaves in the roses origami too? And are the foliage in the bouquets origami or natural? Is it necessary to change the foliage from time to time or not? The leaves are not origami but we use the same paper used for petals. Only roses and petals are origami but the foliage is not. They are artificial ones. You don't have to change them from time to time. It will stay forever.

Do you have any bulk rate? Yes, we do have some bulk rate.
