How to make a Swirl
rose flower
(page 1)
|
This
page is for those who want the instructions to fold a Swirl
rose flower. The original designer of this rose is unknown to me. Please inform me if anyone awares of the designer. This rose simulates late half-bloom rose flower. If you find any bugs on this instruction, please send an email to .
You may use any kind of paper to fold the
Swirl
rose flower (*it is easier if the front and the back side of the paper are
slightly different whether it be in texture or color).
Make sure the paper
that you use is a square (all sides are equal and all the angles
equal 90 degrees). The paper I am using here is 20cm x 20cm square one.

Hercules and the Waggoner Fable
A Waggoner was once driving a heavy load along a very muddy way. At last he came to a part of the road where the wheels sank half-way into the mire, and the more the horses pulled, the deeper sank the wheels. So the Waggoner threw down his whip, and knelt down and prayed to Hercules the Strong.
"O Hercules, help me in this my hour of distress," quoth he.
But Hercules appeared to him, and said:
"Tut, man, don't sprawl there. Get up and put your shoulder to the wheel."
