This origami Canterbury bells flower has five petals. One special folding technique that you need to learn to apply for this model is petal-fold.

If you are ready, then let's get started.

If you find any bugs on this instruction, please send an email to HyoAhn's email.

You may use any kind of paper to fold the origami star.

Make sure the paper that you use is a square (all sides are equal and all the angles equal 90 degrees). The paper I am using here is 10cm x 10cm square one. If you are a novice in origami, please don't start with this size. Start with a larger one such as 20cm x 20cm. It is a little easier to make one if you start with a larger paper. If you become comfortable with a larger paper, then you can try it with smaller size one.

We are using a paper with the same color for both the front and back sides.

There is an instruction to teach how to make a regular pentagon out of a square paper.

You can easily get a regular pentagon from the instruction.
