We will concentrate on the bottom part of folding map. We will mountain fold the upper vertical line while valley fold the lower vertical line. The technique is called an inside reverse fold.

Let's do the reverse folding of a triangular shape.
PRESERVATION
My maiden she proved false to me;
To hate all joys I soon began,
