23. Apply the "inside reverse-fold" of the step #22.   Prepare to apply the same "inside reverse-fold" to all sixteen petals.

24. Apply the same "inside reverse-fold" to all sixteen petals.   Prepare to rotate the origami daisy model by 90 degrees.
